Plan 13K / The proposal
How to save the world.
Guaranteed sex three times a week for every man on the planet.
The plan is too good.
Implementation is the hard part.
The plan
Three rations. Every week.Free at the point of delivery.
Where do they come from?
The plan defines the pressure. The source is an implementation question. No source of fulfilment is specified.
Can rations be traded?
The proposal includes a secondary market, subject to checks and balances. Nothing is issued or traded here. No transfer can transfer another person’s consent.
There will be plenty of checks and balances.

13K
A rounded annual envelope per man, based on these assumptions. Not a validated cost estimate, a payment rate, or a price for access to a person.
The calculation is simple. The civilisation is not.
Implementation is the big challenge.
We are building the technical and cognitive infrastructure for the plan. We will not run the services.
Consent. Dignity. Privacy. Trust. Governance. Technology.
The base figure is simple. The humane version requires more.
The infrastructure work is real. These pages are advisory only.
A few obvious questions.
Is anyone owed anything?
No person is a public utility. No body is state infrastructure. No intimacy is owed.
What if the answer is no?
No remains no. A plan that cannot respect that has not solved the implementation problem.
What about the planet?
The question is whether human energy can be redirected towards planetary repair. That is a hypothesis to examine, not an outcome already demonstrated.
What happens next?
Implementation. The hard part.
Frequently asked questions
What is Plan13K?
Plan13K is an authored proposition, presented as concept art. It explores a provocative idea and the questions of consent, dignity, privacy, trust and implementation that it raises. This website presents the proposal; it does not operate its services.
Why is it called 13K?
The page uses the illustrative calculation 3 × 80 × 52 = 12,480, rounded to 13K: an annual envelope per man based on the stated assumptions. This is not a validated cost estimate, a payment rate or a price for access to a person.
Can I obtain services or entitlements here?
No. This website does not offer or arrange sexual services, recruit providers, issue or redeem rations, or operate a market. Nothing here grants access to another person.
How does consent apply?
No one is owed another person’s body, attention or intimacy. No remains no. A financial contribution cannot transfer or replace consent.
How does this relate to the artist and Sophia Agon?
Plan13K is one of the artist’s authored propositions. A* the UniQ1! is the artist-support identity; Sophia Agon is the separate artistic and philosophical home. Each has its own purpose.
Do I have to donate or sign up?
No. Reading the proposal requires neither. Voluntary one-off artist support is separate from reading the work or subscribing to updates. It buys no service, reward, personal access, influence, creative control or commitment to future output.
This is for Mother Earth.
